We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to work for a Defence company based at Pynes Hill.
The successful applicant will have previous experience working as a Receptionist; you will be customer focused with excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
Duties will involve;
- Meet/greet visitors and provide access to the office, ensuring their needs are met, including meeting attendees and hot desk users.
- General Office duties: receiving deliveries, mail sorting, manage office MFDs (troubleshoot faults, request engineer, maintain associated stocks), telephone and email enquiries
- Order stationery/office and kitchen consumables supplies.
- Manage room bookings, organise/order refreshments, room set up and clearing.
- Organise travel and accommodation bookings.
The role is working 37.5 hours a week and will run initiallt until the end of December.
