* Responsible for PMO meeting invites and diary management
* Responsible for programme level actions
* Responsible for collating R2R weekly status reports
* Maintains the programme level Work Product Log and provides workstream best practice support for project level WPL
* Maintains the content of the key PMO documents and manuals
* Ensures programme level documentation is uploaded onto FT R2R SharePoint
* Supports Project teams in adhering to the programme standards and procedures
Supports programme level reporting, including RAID management, milestones and dependency reporting

Planning & Integration
* Supports the PMO Lead to hold R2R Transformation team to account on project plans, adherence, any amendments to completion dates
* Maintains overall R2R programme plan, risks and dependencies
* Maintains the R2R programme level Work Product Log

Delivery Assurance
* Holds project teams accountable for managing project level risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies ensuring a RAID log is in place and regularly reviewed
* Reviews weekly status reports, ensuring quality reporting and timelines are aligned to latest plan timelines
* Steers the team and providing guidance for Stage Gate readiness
* Works closely with PMO coordinator to ensure all quality and compliance standards are met throughout the duration of the project

Finance and Resource Planning
* Consolidates financial and resourcing forecasts and actuals of the R2R Transformation programme
* Monitors performance of the programme, identifying and supporting resolution of any issues regarding programme delivery
* Supports the management of the central team budget including tracking the recruitment of project resourcing and monitoring timesheets to ensure the Finance Business Partner able to accrue as appropriate
* Supports with the consolidation of programme level benefits
