Administrator ; Contract length: 8 months
£10.00 /hr PAYE
We are recruiting an Administrator for our client based in Whiteley.
Monitor the Business Support mail box and action requests as necessary
Process visitor booking requests and escort visitors when they arrive to site
Action meeting bookings requests
Sending correspondence/parcels/arranging couriers as and when required
Conduct regular stationary stock takes and update stationary tracker
Complete stock take of PPE equipment and collate any requests for equipment
Support with travel bookings for the team, this will include Flights, hotels and hire cars Includes long-term hotel reservations.
Oversee pool car bookings, ensure booking forms are received and saved on file. Arrange any services needed and flag up MOT/insurance expiry dates
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Previous experience of booking travel is desirable
Proficient user of MS Office including Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
