Quality Control Team Administrator
Purpose of the Job
The primary function of the QC coordinator is to prepare, collect and collate the Documentation necessary to achieve IRN sign off. Of particular interest for this role is a good knowledge of Crossrail Document Management systems and some understanding of eB and Aconex.
* Prepare and review Site Assurance file
* Prepare and review Part 1 and 2 of an IRN (including the RPL)
* Request document numbers and update documentation
* To attend Package Readiness Reviews before commencement of Installation
* Help in the collation of site assurance documentation.
* Liaise & collaborate with sub-contractors to receive relevant information
* Help with the submittal of documents to Aconex/eB.
* Attends weekly package co-ordination meetings
* Liaising with Package Engineers/Managers for site Surveillances, and communicating to QA for entry onto Surveillance Schedule.

The M&E Tunnel team is required to work with the other teams within ATC to deliver the works with a high quality and on time.


The scope of C610 is to deliver a fully functioning underground railway system through central London. The success of this will be measured by how early the project is finished, how much money is saved for the client, and the delivery of a world-class metro.


Collation of all site and supplier documentation. Inspection of package works.

* Supporting the successful delivery of complex multi-disciplinary tasks.
* Undertake approval and assurance for the changes to processes
* Work with site based Engineers to provide solutions to emerging issues.
* Advice and comment on documentation to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, standards and contract documents.
* Timely reporting of NCR's
* Attending CRL/ATC Quality Forums
* Liaising with Package Engineers/Managers for site Surveillances, and communicating to QA for entry onto Surveillance Schedule.

Candidate Requirements
Educational Requirements
GCSE's/qualified by experience

Knowledge / Experience
Practical experience of M&E contracts preferable
Knowledge of Aconex and eB

Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies
IT skills, Word, Excel
