We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Quality & ISO Systems Business Manager to join our very successful compliance team based at our modern, purpose-built offices in Trafford Park (close to Media City and the Trafford Centre).
Working as part of a busy team, the purpose of this role is to manage, create, implement and maintain ISO management systems requirements across several organisations within the Morson Group. These currently include ISO9001,ISO14001, BS OHSAS18001/ISO45001, and ISO27001. Key aspects if this role include:
To ensure that various companies within the Morson Group are compliant with current and future ISO standards requirements.
To create, implement, monitor, audit and control all ISO standards.
To work closely with various organisations in the group to continually improve all ISO systems through audit and review.
To support The Group Director line management in implementing ISO standards strategy.
To manage internal audits
To help train internal auditors
To make recommendations for improvement
To annually review documentation
To share best practice across departments and organisations
