Our client a leading Energy Company are currently recruiting for Purchasing & Administration and Warehouse support based in Deeside.

Working in their modern Materials Distribution Centre work as part of team to maintain safe and efficient warehouse services to support their business material management process.

Primary Duties:
Process Materials Management MRP output to produce Purchase Orders
Issue Purchase Orders to Suppliers
Ensure Vendor Acknowledgment of Purchase Orders
Update Purchase Orders to reflect supplier updates
Ensure prompt receipt of Purchase Orders to maintain Inventory Accuracy and reduce invoice exceptions
Resolve invoice exceptions

Maintain and Update Warehouse Inventory Management IT Systems to reflect Warehouse Throughput:
Receipt Incoming Materials
Issue Outgoing materials
Update stock location management system
Process stock checks and adjustments
Support Warehouse Activity by assisting with:
Physical Receipt of Product into The Warehouse.
Stock checks, investigations and adjustments.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to:-
Understand and process data.
Establish and develop supplier customer-supplier relationships.
project manage service providers.
Update IT systems.
Operate Microsoft Office applications - Excel etc.
