Morson have an exciting opportunity for a Provisioning Administrator to work for one of our Aerospace Clients based in Yeovil.
To provide a customer focused and effective administrative service to all areas of Repair and Overhaul with particular emphasis on providing accurate and timely responses.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Raising Production orders for repair and overhaul units from CS&T purchase orders, using SAP within agreed timescales
* Raising and printing of job cards for shop floor
* Creating documentation pack including allocating electronic survey
* Loading of information from manual survey to electronic survey to produce individual bill of material for component / assembly / gearbox / unit and check accuracy of the information provided investigating where necessary
* Raising cost statement data SAP and / or labour then pass to Project Manager to raise the quotation
* Raising and releasing purchase requisitions (buying spares for gear boxes) when required to cover
* On delivery of component / assembly / gearbox / unit, carryout production order closure activity
* Updating and issuing KPI's
* Support Repair and Overhaul scheduling and provisioning team as required
