The Project Planner role provides the point of contact between the project management office and project operations team for change control, auditing, reporting and general information for all matrix and planned work during the duration of the project.
The planner will liaise with the project operations team and project management office team leader daily. They will assist in the operational duties of the project and complete administrative tasks to ensure that all compliances are met. They will submit weekly and monthly reports based on health and safety statistics, finances and operations. They will be responsible for the procurement of materials and plant as required and will carry out regular audits on stores.

Previous administration experience in a similar role
