The Project Planner role provides the point of contact between the project management office and project operations team for change control, auditing, reporting and general information for all matrix and planned work during the duration of the project.

The planner will liaise with the project operations team and project management office team leader daily. They will assist in the operational duties of the project and complete administrative tasks to ensure that all compliances are met. They will submit weekly and monthly reports based on health and safety statistics, finances and operations. They will be responsible for the procurement of materials and plant as required and will carry out regular audits on stores.

EXPERIENCE DESIRABLE

Previous administration experience in a similar role

Working in a team environment

Technical knowledge of cabling infrastructure

Working in a project delivery team

DUTIES

  • Adherence to local & Project Covid rules, LFT's &temperature checks = daily & to be included in weekly / monthly reporting statistics
  • DWB / 1:5 / 1:10 & 1:20 (H&S) = collate stat's for weekly MD report & Monthly project report
  • Downloading of test results for Project Engineer review
  • Management of drawing registers = to Service Partners & to the client, on site filing including the audit of "red pen" drawings
  • RAMS register = signing of, collating & filing
  • TBT registers
  • Timekeeping = including of resource stat's into weekly & monthly reports
  • Procurement - call off / PO / GRN / WO's / ad-hoc requests
  • Travel & Accommodation booking
  • Meeting minutes = Drafting, distribution & filing of
  • Stock audits
  • Preparation of Fujitsu & Service Partner monthly applications for use by site team to value work each month
  • Preparation of audit reports = P&L's / Contract reviews / Quality Audits
  • Preparation of warranty packs

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Duration - Immediate start to end July 2021 potential to extend
  • Must hold SC
  • Must hold a CSCS / ECS card
  • Must have the relevant Data connectivity background experience
  • Site based in HMNB Portsmouth
  • Must have a working knowledge of MOD installations
