Provision of Leadership and Delivery of a Forward Action Plan to establish, agree and deliver three discrete staff-manual ratio measures * Maintenance and development of the Ratio Management mechanism for the business across programmes, including reporting and specific analysis support * Provision of ratio management advice and verified data to functions and programme leads
Specific Core Duties include
* Delivery of Forward Action Plan for Staff-Manual ratios including underpinning benefits realisation plans and profiles * Monthly production and reporting of ratios through board-level business review (OPR) * Identification and positive engagement with key stakeholders * Understanding and communicating the overarching key messages extracted from Ratio measures to senior management * Conversion and analysis of programme EAC positions to Ratio measures * Support head of cost in setting the strategic vision and direction for the function * Influencing key stakeholders within the EAC process to ensure realistic and robust bases of estimates that are reflective of justifiable ratio positions * Own, Manage and communicate ratio management KPI's * Ensure the business is equipped to support the EAC process from the perspective of ratio management * Ensure team are appropriately trained and developed as applicable
Specific Key Accountabilities & Deliverables * Delivery of Staff-Manual Ratio Forward Action Plan * Responsible for ratio management advice and support to function and programme leads and their deployed teams to enable performance and delivery to cost * Effective management and development of team and business understanding or ratio management
Recognising the RESTRICTED nature of the work, suitable candidates will be SC cleared or eligible for this level of clearance.
