Project Manager: SAP Fieldglass Implementation: 6 Month FTC: Birmingham based with remote working available: Paying £500 per day (Inside IR35)**

Our leading client are currently looking for a proficient, PRINCE2 qualified, Project Manager to manage the delivery of the SAP Fieldglass Implementation across the business. The project includes the development of the Statement of Work, Contingent and Profile Worker SAP Fieldglass modules, integration with external systems such as Ariba Procurement, and various change management initiatives to ensure the changes are embedded into the organisation.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, are efficiently communicated across several workstreams and there is a regular review held to highlight risks, issues and progress against the plan.

Further to this, the Project Manager will also have accountability for:

  • Creating and maintaining the workstream project plan
  • Ensuring that the project team follow the programme's governance arrangements for reviewing key decisions and managing risks and issues.
  • Proactively managing risks and issues to ensure that they are identified and managed within the project where possible.
  • Escalating any high priority risks and issues that cannot be addressed within your project tolerances.

To be considered for this opportunity, advanced project management skills are required, coupled with previous experience of delivering ERP solutions on a large scale through the full project lifecycle, as well as:

  • Experience of Agile and Iterative delivery methods
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to create a culture of high performance
  • Use of agile management tools, such as JIRA or Trello to manage actions, issues and defects
  • High level stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and influence relationships with internal and external partners
  • A competent user of all Microsoft Office packages
