Job Description

A Project Manager is required to:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimise project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/customers/suppliers
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Delegate project tasks based on team member's individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers as well as other staff members
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Perform other related duties as assigned
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Working knowledge of aerospace product development and associated manufacturing processes
Strong background within a manufacturing environment or equivalent Aerospace and/or Tier One
Proven working experience in project management
Able to work effectively in a group in a team member role
Participation in significant development programs for products of a good technological level
(minimum 3 years)
Capability of interacting with external, international environments
Good presentation and reporting skills
Good project management capabilities
Good experience in the aerospace industry including familiarity with EASA Part 21-G regulatory
approvals and TC holders
Good language skills: spoken and written
Strong use of basic computer tools (MS Office) and specialist project tools (e.g. MS Project)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Qualification equivalent to BSc. / MSc. in engineering or project management or equivalent
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Travel Profile: Some international travel may be required
