Project Manager required to lead a 2 year project plan for our aerospace client. A key part of the Management team, this role will ensure the effective management and execution of the sites strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in Project Management, and will be able to account for a range of previous successful projects.
The role involves but is not limited to the following:
Oversee and manage agreed projects through all phases, from inception to implementation. - Ensure leadership standard work is in place to enable effective execution of projects whilst utilising in-house project management tool
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of projects to internal customers, including budgetary and technical updates at regular review meetings.
Understand and track financial benefits, working with the site Financial Controller to ensure the benefits of the initiatives/projects are fully monitored.
Ensure supporting project owners are creating robust business cases and that sufficient resource is allocated.
Accountable for KPI's that are tracked to monitor performance and key milestones are identified whilst ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide guidance and help problem solve with key stakeholders to drive issues to a resolution, including; development of targets, common rules, reconciliation and financials.
