Job Description

A Project Deliver Professional is required to support the delivery and promotion of the Occupational Health function for all BAE Systems employees. The role will focus on Occupational Health specific projects, business tasks and improvement activities.

  • Provide project delivery support for health related projects ranging from occupational health improvement projects, IT platforms changes and contract extension
  • Analyse health data and trends
  • Support the monitoring of OH provider performance; reporting and meeting management
  • Source material and promote health related activities
  • Liaise with stakeholders to manage business requirements and resolve issues
  • Manage the financial workbook, reconcile and proactivity manage OH costs and recharges
  • Provide general business management and admin support.

The Individual

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

APM qualification or equivalent

Project management/delivery experience

Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of occupational health activities and procedures desirable

Financially aware and numerate

Time management skills

Ability to deal with a range of people politely and appropriately

Good interpersonal skills, both oral and written

Good organisational skills
