Project Cost and Schedule Integrator required to work as part of the core F35 LRIP (Low Rate Initial Production) Project Integration Team, responsible for undertaking comprehensive project control related activities on production contracts.
Responsibilities also include EVMS planning, analysis and reporting, planning and schedule management, baseline change management, preparation of regular quality metrics and reports and other general project control duties as required.
The role holder will be responsible for supporting effective integration of processes and toolsets in a multi-contract, multi delivery stream environment.
The role involves but is not limited to the following:
Processing, integration and production of project control performance data within a core programme office environment Support continuous improvement activities with respect to Earned Value (EV), planning and risk processes and the toolsets used within the team and across the programme
Support generation of Customer and Management reports involving programme and project level data
Maintenance of toolsets and databases that hold programme EV and risk and opportunity data
Processing and analysis of data using project control planning and analysis toolsets i.e. COBRA, MSP/OPP
Investigation of cost and schedule variances and identification of corrective actions and Baseline Change Requests as appropriate
Support the monthly EV and risk cycle deliverables, including Processing EV and risk data, generation of reports and integration of risk Drawdown and Baseline Change Requests as appropriate
Integration of Baseline Change Requests into the EV reporting tool set
Liaison with all the CAMs, IPTs, Contract Leads etc as appropriate Generation of metrics measuring process maturity and compliance
Recognising the RESTRICTED nature of the work, suitable candidates will be SC cleared or eligible for this level of clearance.
