We are looking for a motivated and lively individual to temporarily join our
admin team to support the outage planned for March 2021.
The main components of this role are, but are not limited to:
? Support the team with the outage preparations.
? Support the In Processing Lead with arrivals.
? Work with Training and Access Control to support where required.
? Be the first point of contact for site queries.
? Process and manage requests for laptops on site.
? Support the outage crew by submitting any facilities requests.
? Assist with the tracking of hours, travels and daily allowance through
time-sheets, for input into Cost Management System.
? Check accuracy of data inputted to identify and correct/query any
? Ensure weekly site time-sheets are submitted to head office for
processing of payroll by the relevant companies.
? Provide administrative support to the Site Manager.
? Provide any other assistance to the Outage Admin team members
Essential Qualities and Skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
? Excellent written communication skills
? Excellent oral communication skills
? Confident with working in a busy environment
? Proactive approach to tasks
? Accuracy and attention to detail
? Able to deal confidently and effectively with time pressure and deadlines
? Able to prioritise varied workload and ask for support where necessary
? Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills
