Job Description - Project Controller

This role exists to support the project control team within Carbon Fibre Composites, creating accurate & up to date Earned Value data for both Operations and Contract use. The role is primarily in place to review project information, validate actuals & provide all the underlying information required for the PM lead and CAM to report current performance.

Produce project control information (Cost reports i.e. CPR) Analyse project information and produce reporting packs. (PDR Production Delivery Review, PCM Review Project Control Manager) Provide detail and ROM estimates for new work and spares Status project schedules BCR (Baseline Change Request) generation and creation Control and validation of CSR (Contract Status Review) held risks

Maintain relationship with operations including support to daily stand up review Create & maintain work instructions during build of new processes

Training & support will be available throughout the 12 months whilst covering maternity leave.

Would you like a key role as part of the Carbon Fibre Composites Project Control team

Supporting the team lead & CAM? The Project Controller is responsible for the delivering all key tasks within the Earned Value cycle for a couple of projects, as well as providing crucial performance information to the Operations business.

Your main responsibilities as a Project Controller will include:

You will need to be a self-motivated and confident individual, with the ability to work on your own, as well as part of a team. You will need strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Training on specific EVM (earned value management) processes will be available & support from the team provided throughout the 12 months.

Project control knowledge preferred.

Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Recognising the RESTRICTED nature of the work, suitable candidates will be SC cleared or eligible for this level of clearance.
