Project Co-ordinater - Hybrid - 200-300 per day - Inside IR35 - 6 months  

Hybrid working  - will require travel into the office a couple times a week

My client, the largest provider of telecoms services in the UK, are looking for a Customer Facing Project Co-ordinator  to join the organisation on a contract basis.

This role will support the IP migration team. You will be required to deliver key elementst to the IP migration programme related to closing legacy networks. You will manage a schedule and create an end customer report.

  • Telecoms experience (desirable)
  • You identify opportunities to use collaborative approaches and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organisational/ co-ordination skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of delivering solutions to Enterprise customers
  • Able to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders (Senior Management level) to collaborate and carry out the functions of the role.
  • Maintain close connection and strong relationships with key stakeholders  in the operation of project delivery
  • Analytical and structured, with ability to manage complexity

Some Accountabilities

  • You will deliver key elements of our All IP migration programme related to closing legacy networks and exchanges.
  • Delivery of project(s) on time, within budget and to agreed milestones.
  • To establish customer needs, uses operational and technical expertise to deliver brilliant experiences by resolving customer issues and delivery quality and timeliness. Understanding the customer business context and the impacts the programme has on successful business outcomes
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction associated with delivery.
  • Accountable for supporting the delivery of project(s), that are medium in size that represent significant benefit / risk to our customers. The delivery will be highly visible and recognisable.
  • Responsible for supporting the PM with the management of network and exchange closures where we will be migrating customers from non IP products & services to new IP based products & services
  • Working with the Exchange Planning and Scheduling managers to build and then onward manage the migrations and dealing with all exceptions that occurs
