Our client, SP Energy Networks based at Llandudno Junction is currently recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator to join their team on a long-term contract.

The Project Coordinator works within the Frontline District Team facilitating and co-ordinating all aspects of the repair of HV and LV faults.

Supporting the Engineers/Project Managers to assist in the delivery of projects supports district Field Team Leaders with work programmes and the frontline Delivery Team Leaders to ensure efficient and effective use off all direct staff assigned to support the district. They will be responsible for resolving technical issues such as interpretation of complex incidents and provision of specialist contractor support.

• Contributes as an effective member of the District operations/delivery team
• Day to day co-ordination of fault repair
• Ensure that all projects are delivered within timescales and to costs.
• Co-ordination of field staff/material requirements etc.
• Required standard of safety, quality and environmental management met.
• Work towards a zero-accident culture and lead by example.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of your operation and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility

• Developed customer service skills.
• Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills.
• Ability to devise solutions to complex problems/challenges.
• Enthusiastic and flexible individual with drive to succeed and self-motivated
• Effective decision maker - not inhibited by consultation with others when necessary or give lead as required.
• Ability to deliver objectives without compromising on safety, quality or customer service.
• Well-developed consultation and negotiation skills.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Either a technical qualification, apprenticeship or S/NVQ – preferred
• Previous experience in a relevant area
• Computer literacy – e.g. Microsoft Office suite
