Morson International are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to assist the Project Team for a large Rail Client based in Manchester.
Manage the VO procedure in line with the TSA.
Assist with the monitoring and management customer account and invoicing.
Interfaces with the customer on new and arising commercial issues.
Provide monthly KPI statistics and reports.
Update price uplifts annually.
Monitor service orders and sales orders to ensure customers are correctly and fully invoiced.
Manage TPE project office and be the interface to the other office stakeholders
Knowledge & Experience:
Knowledge of and previous experience of working within a project
Knowledge of and previous experience of commercial aspects of projects
Good communication, verbal and written, report writing and organisational skills
IT skills - competent user of Personal Computer, including SAP, MS office packages, e-mail and internet
