Morson have an exciting vacancy for a Project Administrator based in Yeovil for one of our Aerospace Clients.
Provide administrative support to the department throughout the project life cycle to support customers, managers and teams with executing the contract in accordance with commitments and the client's policies and procedures.
Key Job Accountabilities Include:
- Assisting the coordination of training sessions, including diary management and room bookings
- Keeping training records up to date on our Learning Management System (digital platform)
- Managing the PMO mailbox
- Helping to maintain the Programmes SharePoint & develop the Training area
- Preparing training session documents and activities
- Supporting the recruitment process, including CV packs for management and new starter admin requirements
- Scheduling training plans with direction from the Training Co-Ordinator
- Adding and managing contact lists and SharePoint Access
- IT Literate - SharePoint and Excel is highly desirable
