In conjunction with the Fleet Availability Manager the Programme Manager will programme manage all activities required to establish an approved and robust Long Term Sustainment business.
This will include but not be limited to the following:
Ensuring all governance reviews are successfully concluded including customer Readiness Review.
Ensure a suite of project related technical documents are produced in line with established requirements including developing the Project Management Plan and associated plans.
Manage the establishment of a Shared Working Environment to allow shared IT access for company, customer and supplier personnel.
Develop and introduce a series of drumbeat meetings, with customer and Suppliers where required, to ensure ongoing project governance.
Manage monthly risk reviews.
Manage monthly and quarterly financial EAC reviews and reporting.
Monitor recruitment of new project related personnel.
Work with Project Controls to ensure a robust, effective and efficient project scheduling process is in place along with clearly defined and understood tasking and change processes.
Any other PM related responsibilities to support the programme during the development phase of a major long term support programme
Candidates will have extensive programme management experience within the aerospace industry and preferably experience of a major long term aircraft support programme
Recognising the RESTRICTED nature of the work, suitable candidates will be SC cleared or eligible for this level of clearance.
