Production Support Administrator; Portsmouth; Contract £9.70/hr PAYE
We are looking for an administrator to work within a project team based in Portsmouth.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the production delivery teams using the ERP systems to ensure technical and standards data used in support of the execution for projects and services supplied by the team is governed properly.
This will involve administration of daily work order preparations, assist with attaching documents, create work packs and document control. Liaising with the customer, planning and delivery team to gather required information and assist with solving issues
Your responsibilities will include;
Assist with creating/printing work packs to be given to Team Managers. The splitting of drawings into sheets and attaching will also be undertaken, the attaching will be done once the work orders have been created.
You will ideally have a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements/legislation.
Competence with IFS generally and especially document management and approval functions.
Comprehensive understanding of planning administration processes and the practical implications of product safety assurance.
PC literate and competent with Microsoft Excel and able to use an ERP system without supervision to undertake the role.
Logical, analytical and structured approach to problem solving
Self management and motivation to identify and deliver tasks within acceptable time frames with minimal guidance and supervision
Able to support other team members and monitor own and team progress against planned delivery and quality targets and to contribute to continuous improvement of the planning function
