Product Support and Training.
You'll be based at home (if you want) with some time in the office, close to Stafford, however with an international client base you'll need to be flexible, i.e. wanting to travel and get out and meet them.
The role will involve client on-boarding, software deployment, client training and ongoing customer support. As such, you'll need to have a flexible approach to your role and work and be able to see a solution to a problem, with the mindset that you'll own something to get it right.
Perhaps you're a support engineer, 2nd line helpdesk, IT engineer or Software Tester. With a broad role you could come from a range of backgrounds. Most important is getting your head round agile product delivery, working with global teams and learning a bespoke software product in order to support it throughout the full lifecycle.
