My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join their technology team in Manchester. You will be working with client stakeholders, our research & development team and the business to design, develop and implement innovative solutions for key clients.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • High level of IT knowledge and competency
  • Strong analytical, product and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and team-working skills, including the ability to provide constructive challenge in a face to face environment
  • Experience of agile and waterfall development processes
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Driven, strong work ethic, self-motivated, highly organised

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and understand their challenges and product requirements
  • Drive cross-functional engagement with the product in your remit - from senior business stakeholders, project management and the R&D team
  • Accountable for achieving product release schedules in line with roadmap timelines
  • Manage the development schedule including of internal and 3rd party development partners
  • Drive product maps, prioritising feature enhancements
  • Plan, organise and participate in product presentations to key group stakeholders and business owners
  • Maintain a knowledge of good practices
