We are looking to recruit a Procurement Engineer to provide support within a large aerospace company based near Blackburn. The role exists to provide support within the Procurement Supply Chain - Airframe team whist we have one member of the team on Long term Sick out of the business.
The support required will be administrative tasks to the Supplier Facing teams discharging activities such as P/O cleanse, issuing RFQs, Raising Purchase orders, query resolution and invoice management.
Duties will involve;
- Liaise with Internal and External stakeholders
- Follow internal processes & procedures
- P/O cleanse
- Issuing Requests For Quotations
- Raising purchase orders
- Query resolution
- Invoice management
The successful candidate will have excellent administration experience or previous purchasing experience. You will have good communication skills and be a team player. You will be a proficient user of MS office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
