Morson International currently have a vacancy for a Procurement Contracts Administrator to join a leading Aerospace company based in Yeovil Somerset. This role is a Full Time, contract position based in the Production Procurement Team.

Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for providing Administration Support to the Production Procurement Team.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Bright, positive, conscientious, enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills quickly
  • Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks
  • Procurement activities on internal system e.g. creating purchase orders
  • Analysis and manipulation of data
  • Monitoring progress on various tasks within the team and reporting on status
  • Support to management by performing general administrative activities

You will need the following:

  • Experience using Microsoft systems such as Excel, Outlook and Word
  • You will have a good level of ability and reliability
  • Experience working within a procurement/supply chain environment would be advantageous
