Process/Business Analyst, Permanent, Gloucester

Morson International are currently working with a key client in the Nuclear Sector who have a requirement for a Process Analyst on a permanent basis. This role will be based at our client's Gloucester offices with travel as and when required to their site operations at Wylfa in North Wales. Role Purpose:
 The purpose of this post is to provide support to process owners in the development and management of their business processes. Also for undertaking process design/redesign activity and ongoing upkeep and development of our client's process architecture.

 Providing process development support to process owners in the development and management of their business processes.
 Developing and maintaining Management System documentation assigned to them, ensuring a systematic and integrated approach to the development of management arrangements as well as consistency in the associated documentation
 Project managing initiatives that arise from Management System work stream
 Supporting process owners in the revision and update of their existing management system documentation - ensuring alignment with our client's System Architecture.
 Developing and leading process design/redesign workshops
 Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on development of processes
 Management of process change, ensuring robust configuration control on developed process content and alignment between related processes.
 Consistently applying Company specific business process modelling approach to documenting processes

Mandatory Requirements:
 Experience of working within a regulated environment (nuclear, pharmaceutical, oil & gas)
 Experience of the development and implementation of integrated management systems
 Previous working experience as a Business Analyst for at least 5 years
 Use of process mapping tools
 Ability to vizualise how individual business processes deliver overarching company objectives
 Excellent workshop facilitation skills
 Ability to consistently apply management system principles in the development of diverse processes
 Ability to identify key points of integration during development of company processes
 Ability to apply analytical thinking and creative problem solving skills within the constraints of a regulated business
 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and process mapping software
 Ability to analyse and present key data supporting our process development objectives
 Organisational and Planning skills
 Ability to learn, adapt and thrive in a changing and evolving organisation.

Desirable Requirements:
 An understanding of Business Process Mapping standards
 Experience in the use of PowerBI tools
 Experience of applying the principles of graded approach to management system development
 Experience in change management
