My client is actively looking for a PMO Admin Support to come on board and work collaboratively with the project delivery teams to apply the controls, standards and coordination to successfully deliver the project's business outcomes to schedule and budget. You will provide PMO support to the IT portfolio/programmes and project workstreams ensuring IT Management team and relevant boards have the right information at the right time.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous admin/support experience within a PMO function in an IT environment
- An understanding of project lifecycle, project management principles, frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to summarise large amount of delivery information into a concise update for the programme manager
- Able to successfully prioritise competing demands
- Working to and instilling tight deadlines and can influence those around you
- Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset
Please note this position is paying £230.00 per day and has the option of going permanent upon completion of the initial contract.
