Our client is looking for a PMO Support.

The Project management support is required for for 2 transnational projects:
* Arconic Fire fastener recovery - Engineering support
* Torque Project Work Package 3 - Engineering Challenges

The role will require close cooperation and coordination in a transnational MFT environment, to build and manage an efficient project structure. A high level of agility and reactivity will be required to support rapidly changing fastener shortage situations in response to Plant needs.

The role will require close cooperation within the transnational team as well as with various internal and external partners such as engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality and external suppliers.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

o Creation and maintenance of the project governance plan
o Project planning and maintenance
o Skill and resource identification and organisation
o Assimilation of large data files (Excel format -various sources). Data assessment, tracking and reporting
o Coordination of Multi-Functional team meetings with management and reporting of issues, risk and action follow-up
o Regular status and progress reporting to senior management

Required Skills

o Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and across all departments, set objectives and prioritize to time, cost and quality
o Ability to perform in a reactive environment managing several tasks in parallel.
o Ability to liaise & negotiate with Engineering, Manufacturing , Procurement and Plants
Manage all allocated tasks and activities ensuring they are correctly planned, resourced, monitored and executed to achieve required quality & customer time scales.
