My client is actively looking for a PMO Reporting Analyst to join their technology finance and PMO team. The successful candidate will support (1) the project delivery functions by providing end to end project and portfolio level cost tracking and management services and (2) the senior technology leadership team by managing financial project risks and driving portfolio level spend reporting.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the portfolio budget, maintaining accurate financial records and produce reports for executive meetings
  • Liaise with project managers to ensure budgets are managed and reported accurately in the PMO system, and the standard excel budget tracker is used and updated correctly
  • Provide critical and robust analysis and spend insight for the technology project portfolio and manage the cost tracking framework in the finance ERP system
  • Support the EMEA PMO to keep financial records in the project reporting system
  • Promote better understanding and use of the financial reporting system at maximum accuracy

Skills Needed:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Excel
  • Previous experience within a PMO Finance reporting analyst role
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (IE prince, Agile)
  • Comfortable in making decisions and working independently
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with senior management and perform a regional role
  • Ability to prioritise own work within an environment of continually changing priorities
