PM Officer required to contribute to the PM (e.g. schedule and risks etc.)

The role will involve but not be limited to the following:

Anticipating issues and risks of the project

Proposing solutions for efficient project management

Reporting to project boards by providing adequate indicators and analysis (KPI, Dashboard, etc.), multi-functional schedule, cost and resource plans, managing many interdependencies

Deploying Project Management processes, methods and tools and easing best PM practices sharing within the PM community (including feedback, lessons learnt),

Identifying any deviations from project baseline and proposing preventive and corrective actions. He/she is in charge of the action follow-up.

Promoting the company's PM Culture across the organization and leading by example

Proactive, accurate and fully transparent schedule plan, delivering baseline(s) and forecast on schedules (activities, milestones), critical path, interdependencies, resources allocation, as well as Earned Value;

Accurate, transparent and clear project status reports;

Propose preventive and corrective actions in case of deviations from project baseline;

Risks register monitoring and mitigation actions implementation,

Consistent P&PM processes methods and tools deployment.

Contributing to the operation performance on time, cost and quality through PM processes & tools deployment:

Requirements identification and formalisation to ensure that all stakeholder expectations are met. Evaluation of any modification to previously validated requirements,

Definition and organisation of the different project phases and to enable project performance and transfer (lessons learnt, best practice, knowledge transfer, etc.);

Analysis of collected information (including technical data) to identify possible deviations from project baseline,

Identification of possible preventive or corrective actions,

Delivery of project reports to team members and stakeholders

Ensuring the daily application of processes and procedures such as defining, setting-up and managing the

Project Plan;

Schedule plan;

Resources plan:

Risk register,

Organisation set-up (e.g. Organisation Plan incl. roles & responsibilities, RASCI, ways of working)

Communication plan;

Documentation.

Monitoring, for the Head of PM0 or PM Discipline Leader, the status of:

Activities, milestones, interdependencies and critical path;

Work progress;

Resources availability;

Actions status;
