Personal Assistant; Belfast; £15.00/hr; 6 month Contract

The successful candidate will provide personal assistant support to senior managers and engineers working for our client based in Belfast in a UK engineering function.

The primary functions of the role will include;

Supporting engineers across engineering disciplines
Supporting engineering managers
Liaise and support other PA's in the business

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Provide assistance to and manage diaries for Senior Managers.
Organise multiple travel itineraries often on tight deadlines and provide travel services as required for engineering staff
Organise visits and provide services for guests - hotels, transport, catering etc.
Organise meetings internally and externally, secure facilities, attendees, catering etc.
Compile and produce reports, presentations, spreed-sheets etc as and when required.
Operate PC Systems.
Deal with correspondence via mail, telephone and email.
Scan and edit documentation for engineering.
Act as the custodian of Secret/Classified documentation
Order stationery and computer supplies.

Your skills and experience will include;

Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office
Good organisational skills
Good communication skills
