Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Bristol

We are currently seeking an experienced PA for our client based in Bristol.

This contract role will provide secretarial and administrative support to one of their senior managers within the Aerospace industry.

The successful candidate will need to have the ability to prioritise and organise workload as appropriate, including making travel arrangements, management of electronic diaries, calendars and arranging meetings and appointments as required.

Principle Accountabilities:

-First point of contact for Managers, both by telephone and direct contact.
-Management and co-ordination of all top level reporting.
-Produce documentation, e.g. Presentations / Reports / Memo's / Letters etc. using current IT Packages.
-Management of electronic diaries / calendars for setting up meetings and responding to all requests for meetings and appointments both in the UK and overseas.
-On behalf of manager carry out all organisation of meetings, including attendance, booking of conference rooms, visual aids, IT support, catering, issue of agenda etc.
-Point of contact for all accommodation and IT requirements of the team.
-Tracking and monitoring of holiday to ensure minimal clashes.
-Organisation of all travel arrangements - flight bookings, train bookings, taxi bookings etc. and consequent electronic expenses.
-Point of contact for day-to-day ad-hoc enquiries and problem solving, both internally and externally.
-All round help to enable managers to focus on technical work.
-Support to extended management team as time allows.

Skills and Qualifications

-Previous experience in a secretarial/PA role
-Proficient in IT Office Skills, e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, SAP,
Buyside, Magic.
-Proficient in business IT platforms, e.g. Travel/Expenses/Time Management.
-An ability to prioritise and organise workload which requires subject knowledge
and an understanding of priorities.
-A flexible approach using good Team Working, Communication and interpersonal Skills.
-Professional Telephone Manner.
