Personal Assistant

My client a global sports brand are currently recruiting for a enthusiastic and well organised Personal Assistant to join their very global brand.

As a Personal Assistant you will report into the Global Head of Sales and be responsible for the daily management of the diary and also scheduling appointments, you will also be first point of contact for any queries in relation to revenue and sales.

Duties:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support your manager, which will vary day to day, this can be anything from completing some corporate governance reporting or conducting research.
  • You will also be responsible for x10 sales managers (so the ability to command is a must)

  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant (Ideally 4 years)
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
