People Manager

Influence those leading individual people's issues on the appropriate approach to conflict management

Work with the business on resolving individual complex people cases to reduce risk to the organisation, evaluating case management data and ensuring that root cause analysis is complete working with HR Business Partners on the required targeted interventions

Work in partnership with HR Business Partners to ensure their business areas are improving people management practices as part of their overall people plans

Work with HR Business Partners and legal colleagues to ensure that end to end evaluation of litigation occurs and action is taken to improve practice which will contribute to a cultural shift in employee behaviour in the organisation

Ensure accurate and appropriate records of case related events - including updating case management system to drive effective management information

Accountable to People Management Advisor Manager
