About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Payroll department as a Timesheet Portal Administrator.
Responsibilities:
• Processing of online timesheets and expenses in preparation for the payroll run.
• Sending out user guide, Links, and log in details to contractors and client Approvers.
• Booking amendments including rate changes and backdated payments.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries investigating where required.
• Process Advance Payments and adjustments.
• Compliance of GDPR legislation.
• Point of contact monitored through the RT queues relating to the Online Timesheet Portal process, for all contractor and client queries.
• Work to achieve team and individual KPI’s.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Cross training with all other payroll teams across the department to fulfil internal / external implementation requirements to support change.
Essential Skills:
• Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Being an efficient team player.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with specific deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment.
• Good client service skills.
Qualifications:
• GCSE/A-Level with good Maths and English grades
