Payroll / HR Business Analyst - Leeds - 3 Months +

We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll / HR Business Analyst to join a well-known organisation based in Leeds City Centre on an initial 3 month contract - ideally 3 or 4 days a week.

Preferably someone who has worked on an oursourcing payroll project/s and within a payroll environment. This is a role focused around supporting an existing delivery of a payroll outsourcing project and provide support to the project and payroll team with process mapping, testing and working with the supplier to ensure a successful implementation.

Strong background as a Business Analyst - This HR / Payroll Software Business Analyst must have worked delivering HR / Payroll projects. Full project and business analysis lifecycle experience, requirement gathering and creating high level documentation - 2+ years' experience working with software implementation projects and business process analysis techniques and understanding of the HR/Payroll domain.

This HR / Payroll business analyst will be joining an established project team who are working on a payroll outsourcing projects and required to work with a variety of stakeholders to document, documenting AS IS, TO BE processes, test execution, data migration support.
