We are currently seeking a Payroll/Contracts Clerk to join our payroll department at our Head Office in Eccles, Manchester.
Reporting to the relevant Payroll Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that all contractor payroll administration is processed efficiently and effectively.
Duties will include some of the below:
- Processing high volume of timesheets from web based system
- Scanning and attaching the timesheet to the personnel record
- Checking and verifying invoices to clients
- Processing Court Order Deductions
- Processing Deduction Forms
- Finish Bookings and update system
- Finish and P45 Ltd and PAYE contractors and update system
- Send out P45's to PAYE Leavers
- Processing SMP, SPP and SSP payments
- Entering new and amended Contracts onto system
Experience and Skills
It is essential that the candidate has worked in an office administrative role and is accustomed to high volume data entry and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Intermediate excel is essential as is excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
