Morson is currently looking to recruit on a temporary basis a Payroll Analyst for one of their clients based in Central London. This role is with an immediate start, so flexibility is required.
The key requirements are:
Relevant experience in pay modelling using advanced Excel skills.
Proven track record of using Hay Job Evaluation methodology.
Understanding of relevant employment law in respect of reward and recognition.
A track record of developing pay frameworks, ideally within the construction, infrastructure or a related sector.
Strong presentation skills in terms of presenting data in a simple format for non-specialist (to be incorporated within business case and Board presentation materials).
The ability to source relevant pay data from external sources including employee benefits.
