The Payroll Administrator will perform responsibilities associated with multi-state payroll processing for over 3,000 employees of the company US Subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis for all US Subsidiaries.
* Process time worked from time keeping system.
* Process "off-cycle" checks for terminations and pay adjustments.
* Review and process garnishments, liens, levies and child support entries.
* Create and remit check funding, garnishment, and tax reporting files to ADP.
* Address routine payroll inquires.
* Research and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with employees and other departments in a timely manner.
* Assist in preparation of payroll audits.
* Generate various reports for Finance departments.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll tax laws and regulations.
* Comply with company policy and audit processes relating to Payroll functions.

Required Skills and Experience:
* 5+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll is required.
* Exercise some autonomy and independent judgment problem solving skills with discretion.
* Expert knowledge of payroll practices and processes.
* Knowledgeable and up to date in labor and payroll laws is required.
* Excellent critical thinking and analytical aptitude.
* Working knowledge of payroll taxes, invoicing, funding, and reconciliations.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Must have excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite skills with an emphasis in Excel.
* Experience working with Workday and ADP is highly preferred.
