Our client based in Falkirk have an exciting Permanent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator - Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week.

Experience Required:

  • Bulk Payroll (approx. 500 employees per week)
  • Sage Experience

Skills Required:

  • Administration and time management skills
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • Good customer service skills
  • IT skills (able to operate Excel Spreadsheets)

Duties;

  • Processing payments by BACS
  • Producing and analysing reports
  • Receiving invoices / remittances from client organisations
  • Reviewing expenses & processing weekly payroll
  • Assisting with timesheet/ invoice & pay queries
  • Dealing with Statutory payments and deductions
  • Process info for external parties (Child support agency, DWP etc)
  • Manual Tax and NI calculations
  • Checking and approving payments before sending to the bank
  • Processing Starter and Leavers
