Our client based in Falkirk have an exciting Permanent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator - Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week.
Experience Required:
- Bulk Payroll (approx. 500 employees per week)
- Sage Experience
Skills Required:
- Administration and time management skills
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Good customer service skills
- IT skills (able to operate Excel Spreadsheets)
Duties;
- Processing payments by BACS
- Producing and analysing reports
- Receiving invoices / remittances from client organisations
- Reviewing expenses & processing weekly payroll
- Assisting with timesheet/ invoice & pay queries
- Dealing with Statutory payments and deductions
- Process info for external parties (Child support agency, DWP etc)
- Manual Tax and NI calculations
- Checking and approving payments before sending to the bank
- Processing Starter and Leavers
