ATM Administrator; Hounslow; £11.30 p/h PAYE; Contract;

We are currently recruiting for a Administrator to provide document control and organisational support to the Airport Maintenance teams.


Administration of the Authority to Proceed (ATP) process.
Data Entry to maintain and update records
ATP progress tracking, queries and support
Assistance in maintaining Embargo periods for the Airport wide requirements.
Support the ATP Team Leader
Deliver permit requests to the responsible Terminal Maintenance Managers
Maintaining and archiving files and documents
Administration of the quality checks, inserting information into the quality database
Liaising with members of staff in other departments including external contacts.
Documentation creation using Microsoft office (Word / Excel).
Provide system reporting for individual terminal request / outstanding items etc.
To work within established Company policies and procedures.
Promote company values and standards and exhibit appropriate behaviour in accordance with Company ethos.
Use talent and ability to encourage achievement and continuous improvement.
To demonstrate safety, integrity & commitment at all times.
Maintain excellent levels of communication throughout the team and the wider business.
To carry out any other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy customer needs.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Professional, customer orientated and flexible approach
Experience of carrying out administration within a fast paced, high volume department
Takes responsibility and demonstrates initiative
Able to drive standards/improvements
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver in a complex environment
Able to build rapport and maintain relationships
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify mistakes
A proactive approach with the ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of Maintenance information systems
Knowledge of MS Office applications
Experience of producing correspondence, reports and spreadsheets
Experience of managing issues effectively via telephone/email
Experience of Technical Administration
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
NVQ in Office Administration or equivalent is essential
Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business constraints

Please note this role a part time position for 16 hours per week. There is flexibility to work 8 hours over 2 days or 4 hours over 4 days.
