This role will provide crucial support to a project with a legal team of 5.
The role will be wide ranging and your duties will include:
Drafting legal documentation including statutory notices relating to waste and water assets and infrastructure.
Reporting on/examining sasine and land registered titles.
Assisting with administrative duties for the solicitor you are reporting to.
Undertaking necessary searches to establish land ownership using search sheets and, Scotlis and Registers of Scotland.
We are looking for someone who has knowledge of conveyancing procedures within a professional capacity
Diploma in Professional Legal Practice (or similar)
An understanding of sasine titles and deeds of servitude is desirable.
The ideal candidate will be:
