We have an exciting opportunity for Package Manager - Hotel Fit Out to join their Southern Region working on an outstanding project in Woking. Victoria square is a £330m flagship mixed use scheme right in the heart of the town centre. It is a significant regeneration scheme for the town and is being regarded as one of the most ambitious retail and residential development in the region.

A member of the project team reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of works packages identified in your designated scope of works, both logistically and operationally to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency and safety in both the pre-construction and construction phases of the project. As well as the following:
Responsible for overseeing the timely execution and completion of both the pre-construction and construction phases of the project.
*You will champion the Build Sure philosophy by behaving in line with our values, collaborating with all internal departments to ensure alignment to project strategy, budget and objectives.
*You will highlight project risks, identify potential opportunities and mentor the continuous improvement initiatives in order to improve efficiencies.

It is important that you can communicate well with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels and show that you are not only technically competent but also commercially aware.

Skills and Experience:
*Significant demonstrated work experience within the construction industry
*Proven working experience in managing construction activities
*Must have a technical, engineering background
*Understanding of high rise hotel fit out and high-quality finishing
*Good knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
*Knowledge and understanding of forms of contract, (e.g. NEC3, JCT D&B)
*Familiarity with construction software packages
*Leadership and people management skills

*Degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field -Essential
*Relevant Construction Skills Certificate Card-Essential
