Working for a high profile business based in Manchester, this role will predominantly support the Director of Partnerships but also provide assistance to the overall Partnerships team.
1. Key elements include:
  • PA support to Director of Partnerships
  • Diary management (including arranging meetings and co-ordinating logistics)
  • Co-ordination of partner visits to the Manchester office (to include events)
  • Administration and booking of extensive international travel plans & itineraries and other logistical arrangements
  • Drafting of correspondence
  • Creation of Executive briefings before key partner meetings and match day hosting
  • Involvement and delivery of gifting strategy before key partner meetings
  • Proactive management of partner contract strategy and planning meetings
  • Communication control (fielding unanswered calls, issuing notes of thanks, following up on visits with merchandise, gifts and reminders)
  • General office admin to include expenses, inputting business cards and managing the Partnerships team holiday requests
2. Office Management
  • Support in the management of key contractors to run the office (for example, stationery supply, caterers, suppliers of kitchen provisions)
  • Ensuring office space and municipal areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Support in setting up and clearing of meetings in the office, including greeting visitors
  • Processing invoices
3. Other elements to the role
  • Organising team building and staff social events
  • Assist in the organisation of the annual partner conference (held overseas)
  • Support with the running of commercial player appearance days
  • Support with organisation of international fan viewing parties held each season

Key Experience/Background
An experienced Personal Assistant, who has already delivered against many of the requirements above, but who is looking for a new challenge in a dynamic, fast moving business and is willing to work hard to make the team a success as a result.
Extensive international travel experience and a background in marketing/medias/events is preferred.
