PA / Management assistant required for a 3 month temporary contract role, however this is likely to be extended and may move to a longer term role.
Arrange meetings on behalf of the internal stakeholders and external organisations and entities.
Coordinate room bookings, and organise catering and facilities.
Prepare and distribute Agendas / action logs, and ensure appropriate publication.
Organising travel and booking facilities.
Preparing and distributing Agenda's and previous minutes and other material required for meetings.
Keeping abreast of email and other correspondence on behalf of the GM.
Preparing documents and presentations for GM.
Collate information from the management team.
Chasing up and advising GM on outstanding audit or quality management system actions, and progress with action plans.
Maintaining and ensuring close out of action logs from leadership team meetings
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and other documents.
Essential skills and knowledge:
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands of role supporting GM's
Professional, pro-active and diligent with details and fast-working
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in written form
Ability to communicate well with people at all levels of seniority and develop effective working relationships, particularly with other Senior Managers' assistants
Experience of working efficiently and independently within a team environment to tight deadlines
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and sensitivity internally and with external stakeholders
Highly IT literate : Microsoft Office Suite and Corporate systems
A strong customer service ethos

Corporate communications skills, experience in organising events and promotional activities
