PA; based in Blythe Valley Area Nr Solihull; 3-month contract; 37 hours per week

We are currently looking for a PA to support a Global IT Director and Deputy CFO, as well as lower level support to the wider functions. Reception cover will also be required

Key Responsibilities
Provide support to Global IT Director and Deputy CFO:
Diary management
Arrange internal and external meetings, including booking rooms and refreshments/lunches
Arrange domestic and international travel
Support wider teams where necessary e.g. Filing expenses/invoices
Reception Cover
Work with other members of staff who work on reception to ensure the desk is covered throughout core hours of the day
Ensure all visitors are booked in
Ensure desks and car parking spaces are allocated to all visitors
Provide a first point of call for all visitors and general enquiries


Demonstrated high level PA support to a Senior Manager
Demonstrated administrative support to a Senior Management Team
Supporting staff remotely
Domestic and International travel booking and management
Presentation and report preparation
Financial awareness


Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated time and workload management
Ability to work in High Performance Team environment
Time management Skills
Communications Skills
Relationship management skills
Ability to prioritise effectively and attention to detail


Flexible and friendly approach when dealing with people
Well presented
Flexible approach to external commitments

Please note that reception opening hours are 7.30am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday and 7.30am-3pm on a Friday.
