Job Title: Air Maintenance Order Book Management Administrator
Location: Samlesbury, Preston
Duration: 6 Months
Hours: 37
Pay: £14.38 PAYE per hour

Our client, BAE Systems is currently seeking an Order Book Administrator to work at their Samlesbury site on a 6 month contract.

This role will be responsible for managing a Customer Order book & liaising with both internal & external stake holders within their Air Maintenance division. They will also be responsible for producing reports, KPI's and attending meeting to represent the department. An understanding of Procurement Processes / Experience around Order Book Management is required

Main Duties

-To cover training required to support the implementation of Phoenix D1 and D2 so that we can continue to deliver the business, during the position of transition.

-Support the requirement of 2 people from the existing team to be deployed into D2 to represent F35 Sustainment Business.

-Management of a customer order book covering both Spares & Repairs for both Sustainment & Production and provide updates against their specific Supplier

-Engage with internal stakeholders (Project Management, Commercial & Procurement) and external stakeholders based within the U.S

-The individual will also be responsible for managing MICAP and liaising with the Item Analysts within the U.S.

-They will be responsible for producing internal reports unique to their Supplier and KPI's

-The individual should also be confident at attending meetings to represent the department/team at various levels of Senior Management

Skills and Experience

-Order book management/procurement administration experience in a manufacturing environment
-Experience of generating reports for management information
-Excellent IT proficiency, particularly Excel
-Able to work within a fast paced team environment
-Able to manage workload with conflicting priorities
-Flexible approach

The successful candidate will need to hold/achieve SC clearance for this position.
