Full diary management
Travel coordination and booking
Report formatting and proof reading
Providing administration support as required to wider team members inc local Operations Directors
Event and meeting coordination and management
Meeting room collation along with visitor meeting and greeting
Formatting reports and presentations
Using business systems to enter data and run reports
Ability to check/approve under delegation invoices, expenses, purchase orders, timesheets and other operational matters
Ad-hoc administration tasks (including printing, mail merges, filing and tracking documentation)

Qualifications and Comments

Educational Professional Qualifications Required Previous experience working within an office environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Advanced skills in all Microsoft software, inc. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a changing environment and to tight deadlines
Must be a team player and be able to self-manage
Positive attitude and willingness to take on ad hoc tasks
Flexible approach to tasks and hours depending on requirements
Must be trusted with confidential information on a regular basis
May involve some opportunity to travel (non mandatory) to support national initiatives
