We are currently searching for an Operations Analyst on a permanent basis in Daventry.

Duties to include:
Working on both WMS and Platform systems to ensure all Inbound and Outbound transaction records are uninterrupted
End of Day Closing - standard Warehouse performance metrics/KPIs for the day, identify red flags to raise to Shipwire and Warehouse management teams
Inventory Data syncs between Shipwire and WMS
Physical Inventory results sync Support between systems
IT/Engineering Collaboration (working with Shipwire Engineering and warehouse IT teams)
Systemic analysis of inventory
Multi-site or regional support, network wide (in this case EU which would be Tilburg and Daventry for now)

Provide Operational System support to the Shipwire business as and when required
Delivers prompt and professional communication with all partners, employees, and management within a reasonable period.
Monitoring assigned warehouses daily SLA performance and KPIs
Assist in resolving systems requests from Operations Support for inventory, orders and/or for correcting errors (i.e., shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.). with cost awareness
Maintains accurate physical inventory counts reflections on all systems when requested by Operations Support and client, acts as a liaison between Operations Support, (IMCFS) colleagues and warehouse on all matters concerning inventory shrinkage/orders with cost awareness.
Candidates must have previous operations/logistics experience.
Good working knowledge and experience of relevant client systems
Operational experience and knowledge of clients within the facility.
